 Action Alert, DEP authorization is imminent!

This pertains to a pending injection well permit application...and the local watershed orgs and the community hasn't even received a copy of it!!
Please help by signing our Request for Public Participation Process asking for a public comment period, public hearing (and more). we can't allow the DEP to make this decision behind closed doors!

We're sorry for the short turnaround time, but feel it is necessary as approval of the application is imminent. ACTION ALERT!

Industry operator targets Clara Township, Potter County, PA as a destination for O&G waste.

The residents of Potter County have been blindsided by news that an oil and gas well operator targeted a depleted oil well in Clara Township as a destination to dispose of O&G wastewater.  Roulette Oil & Gas LLC has applied to the US EPA (United States Environmental Protection Agency) for authorization to convert one of the company’s depleted oil wells into a Class IID Injection well.
