"Starting a petition isn’t something I would normally do, but I was moved to do so because regulators put the health and safety of the residents of Cyclone at risk . I know I’m not alone and together we can make this change happen. Please sign and share!"

"Treatment plant awaits DEP's okay"

Lies, lies and more lies "if the DEP gives the project the green light, CAMA would be paid a per gallon fee by Epiphany." Does this mean the CAMA board members or Mr. Stench? I ask because there is no such mention of this payment in the lease. Has this been decided? By whom? Mr. Stench made it perfectly clear during the meeting several times that this is simply a lease. Was there a deal made to take radioactive waste off the snake oil salesman's hands for pennies a gallon?? Is this article the public's notification? shouldn't this have been discussed with the public? Who made that decision? When? Who the neck do these board members think would be fined for discharging radioactive waste into the Allegheny? It certainly won't be Tommy! Who decided this plan? Tommy was smart enough to position himself to profit, and position CAMA to "do the dirty deed." They were putty in Tommy and Stench's hands. Any environmental harm will come back on CAMA. . This just keeps getting worse! I want to know who made the decision? is there some secret pages of the lease that we haven't been given? Did they make this deal behind closed doors? Was it voted on? Who wrote this article? Where did Endeavor get this info? how much is this going to cost us when our sewer bill needs to cover the fines for contaminating the Allegheny? Ask the folks who live in the City of Warren how this works. they know what it's like to pay for STUPID DECISIONS MADE BY BOARD MEMBERS. They are paying $3,300 per month for that lesson for 20 years!
